To buy or not to buy - with tons of foreclosed properties on the market - What does a good deal look like?
There are probably a hundred answers to this question depending on who the buyer is and what their goals are. One thing for sure is if you are not locked into a contract by April 15th you are going to blow the biggest home buyer credit opportunity of (probably) your life time. Are you going to let that lottery ticket blow away in the wind?
