Establish and document policy and procedure for customer service department of an FAA repair station overhauling large jet engine components (JT8D, CF6, CFM56, and Rolls Royce). Developed performance measurement tools, data bases, and systems to support the requirements and tracking of pricing proposals, quotations, and status of customer components in an aviation and ISO 9002 environment. Performed face-to-face negotiating of contracts with customers as well as inside sales and develop product training materials and capability publications for an international sales force. 1 direct and 5 indirect reports. As Technical Manager - Dalfort Aviation - Responsible for 70-140 mechanics and supervisors performing maintenance repairs to aircraft components in Sheetmetal, Welding, and Fiberglass shops.
